Welcome to Upper Macungie Township!

PA Right to Know/Open Records

Please read the UMT Open Records Policy available at the link below before submitting a Right-to-Know request. The policy outlines the policies and procedures by which they are fulfilled, contains a copy of the Right-to-Know request form, fee structure, as well additional useful information.

NOTE: The intent of a Right-to-Know Request is to request specific documents be provided, it is not meant to simply answer questions such as “what’s the speed limit on a certain road?” or “who is performing road work at a certain location?”  To make such an inquiry, please phone the Township at 610-395-4892 and your call will be directed accordingly.
