Pavilion and Field Rentals

Make your next birthday party, company picnic, or family gathering a great one by renting one of our park facilities! Pavilions are available to rent from April 1st through October 31st.

New Pavilion Rental Procedure
(updated Jan 2026)

Starting January 8th, the reservation calendar for all rentable facilities in Upper Macungie Township will go live for the 2026 Season. New this year, all pavilion rental requests are considered "Instant Booking" online. This means that users can login to their DASH account and reserve a pavilion instantly online. IMPORTANT: A staff member will review all rentals within 3 business days of purchase. We HIGHLY recommend waiting at least 4 business days to send out invitations in the event that staff find a conflict or concern regarding your event.

New Field/Court Rental Procedure

DASH users can request to reserve a field or court in any of our Township Parks. Staff will review inquiries in the order they are received and will get back to you within 5 business days.

Pavilion Rental Info

The Day of Your Rental:

We recommend you bring the Reservation Confirmation emailed to you
A reservation sign will be placed at the facility showing your name.
Should any problems arise during your pavilion rental, call 610-395-4892 to reach the After-Hours Answering Service.
Place all trash in receptacles from pavilion and surrounding grass areas
Remove all decorations

To protect our parks, the following activities are NOT permitted:

Alcohol and/or drugs
Camping
Commercial use
Defacing buildings and/or vegetation
Dogs without a leash* (Owners MUST clean up after their pets)
Driving or chipping golf balls
Fireworks
Gambling
Hunting
Littering of any kind
Loitering or disorderly conduct
Peddlers
Solicitation
Vehicles on the grass

Caution: Playground equipment may cause injury.

No bare feet
No throwing sand or any other objects within play areas
No playing on equipment when it is wet

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I have an inflatable or moon bounce at my event?

A: Unfortunately, Upper Macungie Parks and Recreation does not permit the use of inflatables at pavilion or field rentals.

Q: Can I bring my own personal grill?

A: Yes! We just ask that grilling occurs outside of the pavilion. Grills should not be operated under the roof of the pavilion.

Q: Can my guests access the Splash Pad during my pavilion rental at Grange Park?

A: Guests with Splash Pad Memberships (with their access card) may enter the Splash Pad. Guests without memberships are NOT permitted to utilize the Splash Pad. Memberships are available to purchase for both residents and non-residents.
