The following classes will be offered this fall to Senior Citizens, ages 55 and older, who reside in the Parkland School District. The classes are FREE of charge. Please register online at www.parklandsd.org/seniors. If you don’t have Internet access, call 610-351-5578 for assistance. 

• Staying Safe Online Technology Workshop
  Parkland School District Administration Building
  Tuesday, October 14, 3:00-4:00 PM
  
  In this class, led by Parkland School District staff you will learn simple, practical ways to protect yourself while enjoying the internet. We’ll cover how to recognize online scams, create strong passwords, shop safely, and adjust your privacy settings. Please bring a laptop. Parkland School District Administration Building is located at 1210 Springhouse Rd., Allentown. Please enter through the main entrance.

• Pickleball Open Play Time
  St. Luke’s Sportsplex, 4636 Crackersport Rd., Allentown, PA
  Tuesday, October 14, 21, 28 and November 4, 2-4 PM
  This class, sponsored by St. Luke’s Sportsplex. The courts will be reserved for our Parkland Seniors. Please register for ALL the sessions you plan to attend.

• Senior Citizen Dinner and Concert
  Reservation can be made at www.parklandsd.org/seniors
  
  Parkland Senior Citizens are invited to enjoy a FREE dinner at Parkland High School and then adjourn to the auditorium for some great music by talented students. Choose the Parkland High School Chorus Concert on Thursday, December 4th, or the Parkland High School Orchestra Concert on Thursday, December 11th.
  
  On both nights, doors open at 5 PM in the Parkland High School cafeteria. Dinner will be served at 5:30 PM and the concerts begin at 7 PM. Residents should select only one date so that we can host as many people as possible.
