Print/Download the Special Event Permit: Applicants can access the Special Event Application using the link below. Once completed, please download and add to your online 'Special Event Application Document Upload' Form on RecDesk along with your Certificate of Insurance, Event Map, 501c3 if applicable, and any additional documentation. See below for examples. UMT staff will no longer accept physical paper applications unless otherwise permitted. 

Important: Please note that the Special Event rates listed on RecDesk are defaulted to SINGLE DAY rentals. Rental balance is subject to change in accordance with the specifications listed in the submitted application.
