In partnership with Lehigh Valley Martial Arts, UMT residents can attend this FREE community program. If you don't have experience in self-defense, or if you're interested in learning new skills and habits, the class will cover the basics and foundations of self-defense, how to practice, and continue learning.  Although this program is free, you must preregister online using THIS LINK. All classes will take place at the LVMA Trexlertown location. Ages 5+
