We’re excited to share that Upper Macungie Township Parks & Recreation has transitioned from RecDesk to DASH by Daysmart effective January 2nd, 2026. We hope that this upgrade will enhance your online experience with smoother navigation, improved account management, and a more user-friendly registration process.

How to Register for a Program or Event

• Login to your DASH Account HERE
• Select "Register" in the column options
• Select the Program Category
• Select your desired Class or Event 
• Follow the prompts to checkout

How to Reserve a Pavilion, Room, Field, or Court

• Login to your DASH Account HERE
• Select "Rentals" in the column options
• Select the Facility Category
• Enter your desired rental date
• Select your desired facility
• Select your desired time slot
• Follow the prompts to checkout / submit your request
• Important Considerations
  
  • We do not accept rental bookings or requests within 7 days of the event date. This allows staff to review all rental details.  
  • Pavilion Rentals are available April 1st through October 31st every year
  • This year, we will accept Online Pavilion Reservations for 2026 starting January 5th. Full Payment is due at checkout. Staff will review all pavilion rental submissions and will reach out with follow up questions within 7 days if necessary. It is strongly recommended that you wait to send invitations until the 7-day review period has concluded, in case any changes are needed.
  • All Athletic Fields, Courts, and Community Center Rooms are REQUEST ONLY. No payment is required to submit a request for your desired date. Staff will review your request and follow up with you within 7 days for more details. 
  • Any group looking to organize a Special Event at the Community Center one of our parks should complete the Special Event Application and email a copy to recreation@uppermac.org or mail/drop-off to 8330 Schantz Rd, Breinigsville, PA 18031.
