Apple Park
1935 Apple Road, Fogelsville (18.2 acres)
This park includes a playing field and tennis court on Apple Road and three Ponds on Packhouse Road. If you proceed north on Packhouse (from Apple) circa 50 yards , there is a sign on the left indicating the Ponds at Apple Park and a parking area.
Pond Amenities:
- Mulched walking paths around three ponds
- Benches near ponds
- Several birdhouses along the paths
- Fishing is permitted in accordance with current Pennsylvania Fish Laws.
Parking:
- Paved lot at tennis court, crushed stone lots at the fields on Apple Road and the parking area at the Ponds.
Restrooms and water fountains:
- Port-a-Potties are available at the ball field on Apple Road and the parking area at the Ponds.
- Water fountains are not available at either locations.
Trash Receptacles:
- Available.
Future Plans:
- Planned improvements include a fishing platform, additional trees and lighting
the parking area.
