Fire Services & Facilities Upper Macungie Township citizens and businesses are protected by highly-trained and well-equipped volunteer firefighting and rescue organizations operating from stations strategically located throughout the Township.

All these dedicated firefighting companies cooperate on a regular basis to ensure the safety of our residents, travelers and property. They are on-call 24/7 and have a proud historic of heroic service backed by ongoing training and support from Upper Macungie’s municipal government, businesses and citizens.

Fogelsville Volunteer Fire Company and the Goodwill Fire Company have each been serving our citizens and businesses for several decades. Aside from their firefighting activities, each are also very active in the community and play an important role in the social and fundraising activities happening throughout the calendar year.

Because these are volunteer organizations, the fire protection services and Ladies Auxiliaries are always interested in individuals looking to make a positive difference by getting involved as firefighters, fire police, event planners, fundraisers or administrators.
